Last name first, instead of full name. I tried to do text to columns so I could do a sort by last name, but there are so many name iterations: first name as an initial, hyphenated last names, non-hyphenated last name, middle names, name suffix's...and let's not even get into organization names. I found a work around, but getting there was time consuming. This should be an easy fix, Blackbaud!
