Make Head of Household a filter in Constituent-based insights

It is oftentimes useful to be able to count households that meet a given criteria, not just individuals. An option to pull only Heads of Household into an Insight, like the option in Export, would facilitate this.

    Yes! I pull a class standing list and if there are married couples - which is extremely common it doubles the figure. I can't rely on these insights and go back to producing Crystal Reports for staff
