Include MG Payments in the sum of total

Include MG Payments in the sum of total giving in the Life Time Giving NXT window. Also include this info in the display window in the Giving History NXT window.

For Development Officers and solicitors that are using NXT to research a donor; especially when on the road and about to meet with a donor, it is important to have accurate and reliable giving history. Currently the "Life Time Giving" window does not include MG Pay Cash (or a MG Pledge) when calculating total giving. I know this can be found in RE when clicking on the gift summary button, however can't this type of feature also be included in NXT.

Similarly, when looking at the "Giving History" window, one does not see any recent MG Pledges or Pay-Cash. Understanding that one can access this when clicking on "work with gifts", NXT would be more user friendly if this information is already displayed in the initial window.
