We are currently undergoing a reactivation campaign and part of this process is to be able to have a query export the date a donor last received an appeal eg if an active donor’s last appeal received was in 2007 and they have/havenot donated since this date we may want to send them a reactivation campaign letter. Unfortunately RE will only allow me to report on ‘Assigned Appeals’ not export the last appeal received. I am a little surprised this is not standard as it is important information for reactivation campaigns.
