Delete Table Entry Plug-in - extend capability (only works for lists less than 31)

I, like most of us, inherited a database with a (ahem) FEW too many tables and entries.

I tried to use the plug-in, but if a list contains more than 31 it won't work.

I have a list of 167!!!
