We have reports that we physically and digitally send to our donors, but need to track and document what we have sent to each donor for future reference. Without this capability, we are having to manually upload around 300 reports into 300+ donors, which takes a lot of time.
Another use for this mass upload function would be for signed Acknowledgement Letters. Our development staff sign and make personal notes on the Ack letters. We then scan those to PDFs, rename the files, and individually upload them to the constituent record. which is a very time-consuming process. Having some tiny piece of meta-data printed on the letter that allows us to mass upload them to RE would be much more efficient.
This would be so useful for my college - many docs need to be added to a group of constituents.
