On integrating RE7 with Outlook, all contacts Birthdate's are added, and therefore automatically placed in your Outlook calendar. Not great! Only current work around is to delete the 1,000's of birthdays in batches manually. A good option would be to be able to untick including birthdays before you complete the sync of the two systems.
