When bringing a new gift or event registration OLX will automatically (Whether box is checked or not) brings in a phone number if a phone number of the same type does not exist.

This causes a data nightmare when an existing phone number of a different type but same actual number exists.

Make OLX only bring in a phone number or email if the check box is checked.
