Currently the action created for a Gift Thank You Letter (when created right in a gift) is very bare bones. It only has the Category as Mailing, action completed date filled in, and the word document attached. However the letter does not translate over from database view into NXT, so it is hard to know what this action is. It would be extremely helpful if the database administrator could edit this stock action that is created, or if the action pops up before being saved so it can be edited.
