allow multiple appeals to be added to Online Express forms

Currently Online Express allows you to associate only one appeal with a gift form. With NetCommunity we had the ability to have a drop down of appeals associated with a gift. Please add this capability to Online Express.

    Also, it would be helpful to have an appeal linked in to events.
