Add a "Current Solicitor" Checkbox in the Assigned Solicitor Relationship window

Having a checkbox to denote that a solicitor is current would help with managing historical solicitor relationships and help to filter out past relationships from query and export.

    Agreed - this is needed. Difficult to export donors with their assigned solicitor
