gift reference
Allow entire Gift Reference to be viewed, if the user only has "view" rights. Currently, if the user doesn't have "gift edit" rights, s/he cannot view the entire gift reference, if it extends beyond "Reference" field.

This really needs to be done for other fields, too - such as the phone listings on Bio 1.
One way to at least help the Reference field situation would be to provide the ability to maximize the gift screen. This won't cover every Reference, but will show more than is now shown.
