In our system, when someone in a household cluster (a group of constituents that all should be counted as one household - spouses, companies owned by a constituent) is contacted we designate a record to be the tracking record. So if a husband and wife are in our system and have constituent records we enter only one contact report on the tracking spouse (not both even if we met with both) so that contact reports aren't duplicated and are tracked in a single location. It would be great if when constituents are "linked" as household cluster (spouse, organization that is owned by the constituent) that any contact reports entered on any record would all show up on every record linked.
