Currently in the Database View and RE NXT the Action Report is run on the closed date. There isn't a report that would show actions that were both created and completed in the date range you set. Each report (even in NXT) bases the date off of the action started date. I am trying to circulate a report for leadership to view what everyone is working on. The current reports do not reflect the full picture.
