We sometimes have multiple prosposals for future campaign budgeting - for example X maybe currently solicited for a £10k gift but we know in 2 years time we are going for a higher ask of £100k and this is in the long term budget. As is, this second one would be the one that shows on the prospect screen. The fundraiser canvassing this consituent however, would want see the current one. If we had a status of "future" for example, we could either exclude this status from the query looking at latest - or force that only proposals with status of "current" were included.
