Development managers need to pass on the gift information to finance professionals in house or for hire. The accounting standard seems to be Quick Books. Right now it takes too much time for me to create a query, by guessing the fields that I have to include, eliminating duplicates from the list, etc. A canned report for quick books would eliminate the guess work. Whenever someone enters a gift into RE have the canned Quick Books report populate into a CSV.
