If the package is on a constituent record, and a gift comes in with the overall appeal code, it would save our team time and create a more accurate reporting function if it automatically applied that package. With a small team, it can be hard for us to test and segment and then report back the effectiveness of this since the packages are not automatically applied. There is a lot of room for error in this style of reporting.
