The mail merge is currently generating a document with up to 30 letters which need to be fielded out to up to 10 different canvassers (in our office). The letters within the mail merge are currently appearing in the same order as the listings within the batch. This then requires manual intervention to split this file up which can be prone to human error and duplication. If the mail merge could generate letters grouped by Canvasser, it would be so much easier to split the file and send to the assigned canvasser. Better still, would be a mail merge generated per canvasser so no manual splitting of the document would be required.
