there really needs to be a way to attack birthday reminders. it should include an option to omit specific constituents' birthdays and to omit specific constituencies.

I concur. As a donor centric database, RE should be able to alert us when major donors birthdays are coming up. for example, to be shown on the Home page, or a pop up every Monday which tells us the birthdays for the week or some other creative way to keep us in the know without having to continuously run a query.
