Change matching gift type when adding match onto individual gift

When you add a matching gift on the individual's "new gift" screen, it defaults to MG Pledge and cannot be changed. We don't like to use MG Pledge because 95% of the time, the match is paid out to us at the same time as the individual's gift.

I agree. Many matches are paid out with the gift. It'd be great to be able to enter the match as as an outright gift rather than create a pledge and payment with the same date.
