We are looking for the capability of consolidating view of communication on a household level or organization level of constituent records. Though, records are linked with relationships, there is not any way to view all of the communication that is taking place within an organization or household in one view. We would like to see a consolidated view of giving, communication and all parties within a household or organization in one. We would also like to report on these fields by the type of communication channel, the relationship manager or solicitor, and date.
