Using this report, and filtering by a fund, I was told by support that the Over(Under) is the only column in the report that does not filter but looks at all goals for a solicitor not just the fund you are filtering on.  Nove very useful in a filtered report.  Either allow this column to filter with the rest of the report, or remove it from the report.
