I love working on duplicates, and tomorrow is my last day. But, I figure the world is better with feedback. 

 

In the duplicate records search, I find myself getting dizzy at the triple loading circles for about 30 seconds, Winnie the Pooh's "think, think think" might be a better option. Lol

 

The "Matched On" criteria is often not accurate as to Raiser's Edge and NXT content, and vice versa. Addresses are not always listed on NXT vs. RE.

 

Trying to click on the filter to sort out the matched on criteria doesn't work, that'd be great as I am finding myself with so many empty shells of volunteer records, just a name and an email. The system says that they are most likely a match bc of the name yet they have different emails. In the case of one being @google.com and @coursera.com, I'd say that's a match, but when it's like a gmail and a hotmail, or like a school email and some random freelance platform, it's really hard to say that that entitles it to having the three dot it's a match criteria.

 

I was on page 385 yesterday looking for same address ones, which I did find a good block that far along, that toggling the match on or likelihood buttons did not sort to the top with.

 

I can't get to page 385 now except by manually pushing the button 385 times.

 

The ones with the same first name different last name same address was like, way to go Blackbaud!!! I would have never thought of that.

 

Birthday filters, gift amount filters, phone number filters, record created by filters(i.e. Salesforce, data health), fiters by 'added on this date/by this person).

 

The merged records do not merge that a person is decease, nor their tributes. There isn't a duplicate tribute merge option neither, which we at St Anthony's are always getting tributes. They are neither seen on the NXT side. Old address aren't seen on NXT neither properties.

 

When I was doing gift entry during the holidays in RE Batches, that little box where you put the name into is janky. I'd put in one name and another just a few letters off would pop up. And I got in trouble for the wrong constituent being entered when I had entered it correctly and the system popped up with another one!!!
