Currently RE assumes that someone completing Mandated Hours will only ever hold a single "mandate". So if you have someone who comes to your organization multiple times (think Practicum Hours for graduation or repeat young offenders) there is no way to track which hours belong to which "mandate".
Mandate Hours should allow us to record multiple mandate assignments defining who the contact is for this mandate, what type of mandate it is, when the mandate starts and when the mandate ends.
Time sheets entered during the time period flagged as mandate hours should then apply or link to the associated mandate.
We should also get pinged when the total mandated hours are reached.
We are finding it very difficult to track when an individual works in one specific location. WHen running reports for one specific location all hours appear from other locations the individual work at. It makes it very complicated to pull out those hours.
