Remove "No Valid Address"

When new address information is imported into RE from Online express the no valid address box remains checked even though there is now a valid address.

      I think this should apply to ANY instance of a new address being added (not just from Online Express). At bare minimum the system should prompt the user upon saving the new address with "Do you want to uncheck 'No valid addresses'?"
