Currently, the "Total Given" field under Fund comes from the Gift Amount field.  There should be a summary field from Receipt Amount (I.e. Total Receipt Amount) under "Summary For Fund" available for reporting on quid-pro-quo gifts and on split-gifts.  We are not able to use the Pivot Report because of this missing information...  In a matter of fact, when there is a summary field for Gift Amount, there should also be a summary field for Receipt Amount...
