Actions items associated to a user

We currently had some issues with one of our user groups regarding dashboards. In order to clean up the shared dashboards, each user account in that group was corrupted therefore requiring us to reset these user accounts.

Everything was looking pretty good except action items for the user.

You are not able to move or copy action items by a user and save them to your account. Even admin rights you cannot do this.

Action items are such a valuable tool and so therefore when an account is corrupted there is no way to recover them.

The actions still remain in RE but you cannot edit or update them.

  • A great idea that would be highly valuable would be to have the ability to move action items to another user account, especially for supervisory roles with multiple direct reports, you could have standardized action items assigned to a user and their case loads.
