In RE7, you tick the Contact box to make a Contact appear in the Action Contact dropdown. In NXT, there is no Contact tickbox and you have to select a Contact Type to make the Contact appear.  We don't find the Contact Type works particularly well, as we often have various relationships with the same person. I don't feel that we should have to change our process, to move from RE7 to NXT, I did raise this with support and they checked with the Product Lead, who didn't consider this a bug.
