Give us the ability to edit file names that are attached to emails sent through RE before sending them.

We email reports from RE to both users and non-users and many of them are afraid to open an attachment with a gibberish name such as "User95_611945168_ReRep1200L.pdf" because they think it may be harmful. I wouldn't open it if someone sent it to me.
