Ran across and issue with a user unable to process credit cards in batch after an update to their security. After contacting support and doing some digging we ran across this article which seems to address the issue, BUT the article does not seem to cover the current version of RE we are on (7.96.6402.14). After digging I found that the credit settings under Group Privileges are now listed as Personal Information....so it seems a quick update to the article may be in order. Thanks!
