We often have events where people end up with multiple participant records.  This can happen when they purchase tickets ahead of time, and then buy items during the event.  We need a participant merge utility, so that all of their tickets/donations end up in one record.  I can't link the various participants to a constituent, since I get a warning "The constituent is already registered for this event".
