Separate Constituent Databases by Constituent/Giving Type

Some constituents contribute charitable donations through our system (OLX), while others contribute payments for other services, like associated fees for dental services, using the same system. Charitable donations are added as Gifts and donors are added as Constituents, but the payments for other fees have no appropriate location in the database to be added. They do not qualify as constituents for our database, but we do not want to lose their payment information.

A separate database, or systems of sub-databases, would be helpful for keeping these constituents separate. While other measures may be taken to hopefully prevent a dental payment from associating with our charitable funds, having the option of a separately designated database would be more convenient and less likely to result in errors.
