Global Change should NOT default to Include = All Constituents or Include = All Gifts

Global Change should NOT default to    Include = All  Constituents     or    Include = All Gifts

The Include default should be blank as a safety so someone does not inadvertently change all records.

      I thought they changed this for All Constituents years ago (I requested it and it was changed). Which global change type(s) are you seeing this in?
