Currently, after you commit the batch and merge to generate the receipt and acknowledgment letters, RE outputs the letters in an order that's different from how they were entered into the batch. We need to pull letters regularly from the batches. And because they are not in the same order as the entered names in the batch, we have to go through the entire thing to find the letters to pull.
