Per Article Number: 98568 "We have evaluated this issue as a bug and we have determined it will not be addressed in the program in its current state.  In this case, we believe the risks and challenges outweigh the potential benefit of resolving this issue."  It still is frustrating to wonder what font Raiser's Edge will select for an envelope each time you open.  When Raiser's Edge selects MS Outlook font it makes the envelopes magical.  Thank you for the frustration.
