Update Raiser's Edge to function with Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.22 and higher
Currently RE reports only function with CR runtime 13.0.10. We have other applications that require higher runtime versions and RE reports will not function when these newer versions are installed. It only makes sense to update the software if 3rd party runtimes are being used. Either that or it should function independently of 3rd party runtimes.

I feel that it is absolutely preposterous that Blackbaud's support team says that this is something that has to be submitted to the community support forum and voted up in order to be addressed.
It is totally ridiculous that Blackbaud's product only supports an outdated service pack of a third party runtime. Many institutions use several different products that utilize these runtimes, namely CollegeBoard's PowerFAIDS, which does use the latest runtimes available. These products will not function with the outdated and potentially insecure version that RE requires.
Furthermore Blackbaud support in this matter is less than useful given the annual support contract's cost. Instead of any real solution, we were told to post here and hope that the community votes on it so the engineers might see it and do something, rather than given any real progress towards a solution. Additionally, the support ticket site keeps getting internal errors and showing an "oops!" page.
Completely unacceptable.
