We process 3 to 4 Payroll deduction batches each month and use a recurring batch for consistent entry of gifts. When I change the Gift Date, Gift Notes Date and GL Post date in the Default fields, these changes apply only to new gifts entered and does not affect the records currently in the batch. As a result, I must change every date field in every record before committing the batch. Providing the ability to automatically change these dates in current records within the batch would be a great time-saver..
