Within our RE database, we actually split our database between 3 different companies. We use the Campaign ID on gifts and Constituent Code to control that. We have 3 merchant id's with BBMS. When our data entry people send an EFT file for credit cards to be charged, they have to choose which merchant account to use. Once is a while someone will pick the incorrect merchant account. I am looking for any security/permissions that I can use to help control them from making the incorrect choice. I would like to see some security/permissions that would only allow specific Campaign IDs to be able to be charged with a specific merchant id.
