The ability to see the gift batch number on the gift record.
It would be nice to be able to open a gift and see the batch number. As it is designed now, you can only view the batch number by selecting it as a column on the "Gifts" tab. This means I have to go back and forth to see the batch number if needed.

You can see the gift batch number if you hover over the icon with a lighting bolt at the bottom of the gift record near the date. However, I agree if it would be nice if it was added as a field on the gift record that could also be edited if necessary (i.e. if you entered a gift as a stand-alone gift but would like it to be recognized along with a gift batch you entered that day)
I suppose it's not on gift screen as a field as not all gifts are done via batch. But, you can see it when you're on a gift record if you hover your mouse over the little icon at the bottom of the screen by the date. It will show you the batch #.
