Allow user to set default file path For media to avoid constant error to contact system admin

When trying to attach media, users get the message referred to in the above article.

However, we can all click OK and bypass the message and continue with the process.

Is it possible to have this message removed or enable the ability for the user to set a default path for media to avoid this issue.
