phone types
When exporting phone types, wish we could choose the order of the phone types to come out into excel. Example: Pull ALL phone types bu Preferred Phone, Phone 1 and Phone 2 are in the appropriate columns. Right now, if they have 3 types then it will populate the first 3 columns. There is no way to sort by email column as it falls based on how many types the record has.

you have to create 3 separate columns and specify the phone type for each column so that all email addresses are in the same column.
You can do this if you use Export properly - just export them separately as Rose suggested.
You can't do that in 7.94 any more. You used to be able to create new phone types and control what phone goes into each column. 7.94 no longer allows you to create multiple phone types. If you try to move phone number over 3 times for "email", "Cell", and "work", all it does it lists the same number in 3 separate columns and then moves to the next phone type and lists that number 3 times, etc.
