I recently had to run a merge query against a query that was created by our Advancement dept. for Address Finder. Some of the things that we could not send were records that had no city, no state, or no zip. And they also couldn't have more than two address lines. So I created a secondary query with those criteria in it and ran it against the query provided to me by Advancement. 90 records were removed. I have no way to know what 90 were removed, so now I have 90 records in my system that I know need to be updated in some way, but no way to find what they are. When I do an import I have the option of running a query to show the exceptions that occur. It would be fantastic to have that option when running a merged query. An exception query to show the number of records that were removed in a SUB merge.
