Smart button on Addressee Salutation to add spouse name first

As with many organizations we address our donors by the wife name, then husbands name.  There is not a smart option to exclude the spouse name if no spouse is on record.

    Exactly! This is basic Emily Post type stuff. I think it goes back to 6th grade. I see the previous comment about Nickname. Unfortunately, spouses of married donors still need to be called by their preferred name.

    You can do this using smart key easily. We have it on all our records for a formal address/salutation and informal. Exception is for nickname which they've not addressed well using smart.
