In order to effectively use plugins you need to be able to disconnect users or sessions in the hosted environment. 

In order to run plugins in the hosted environment you have to have no connected users. The connection viewer only shows hosted server sessions with no user/computer detail.  You currently have to ask via chat to have hosting support terminate all connections.

You can disconnect users when you are self hosted with Blackbaud Management Console.
