Convert Actions to Notes and Vice-Versa

Because end users (typically fundraisers) easily confuse how actions and notes should be used, just as we can change an individual to an organization, please allow us to change an actions to notes and vice-versa on a constituent's record.

    At a minimum, if we could easily copy an action notepad to a note notepad (or vice-versa) it would be helpful. Once the notepad is populated, we could more easily complete the appropriate fields manually or through a default set.

    I just got done with a import for this purpose - it can be done in one import. Always a learning curve with new users on this one.
