Customise eReceipt PDF document name

In Mail/Receipts, we can create and customise receipts, including electronic receipts. However, the automatically generated receipt is always called BB64_1.pdf. This is a rather awkward name and meaningless for our donors. We should be able to choose a customised name for this file.

      I agree that donors are cautious in opening attachments that are not clear. Having the attachment named as BB64_1 is not clear. This should be Donation Receipt or something similar.

      Plus in today's day and age everyone is/should be cautious in opening attachments that are not clear in their purpose.
