User account management on the platform is absolutely painful, and while I'm certain it's because we're a small organization and don't have cause to, it really needn't be as complicated as it is.  I advocate for a simplified, unified account management system.  From the various database products, hosting, and bb.com, to the nxt products - create the user accounts in one place, and checkmark what you want to give permissions to.  For a product line as robust as Blackbaud's, this should be well within their capability.

Who would benefit?  Every BB customer - simplified user administration.  Blackbaud would benefit - fewer support resources for these issues.  Constituents - service delivery would be more efficient (ok, that one's a stretch).
