Add an "Include Consitutent ID" box for Individuals on the Gift Detail Report

On the format tab, under name format - the Organization section currently has that available. However on the Individual tab it would be incredibly helpful to have this option. This report would be even more useful if this was an option.

There's a workaround for this. Create an Addressee that has "Name, ConsID" and select that as the configuration of the Ind name in your reports
