To actually REVIEW the suggestions!!!

There are hundreds of suggestions and BB has "reviewed" less than 10 percent. One topic has nearly 400 votes and yet it has neither been reviewed, implemented, nor is even listed in "top" suggestions category. Why do we bother if you're not going to listen to your users?

    We will better apply the reviewed status, but we do see every comment and suggestion when it comes in.

    Looks like this item needs a "ping/poke". I'm seeing only two "official" entries here from Blackbaud since January. Gives me the uncomfortable feeling that Discovery (changes/upgrades) for RE has been abandoned since the release of NXT.

    I do think part of the problem could be that people are often listing suggestions that are really a matter of training. I try to comment with KB solutions, but someone at BB should be on that faster than I am. Same for dupe postings.
