Add the ability to edit Custom Fields in a saved Action from the Home page

Using the ellipsis from the the Home page when selecting a specific action allows you to Edit an Action BUT there is no option to change a Custom Field. You have to actually open the Action and click "View Record" to get the option to edit the Custom Field.
